ALLO DÉPANNAGE / DABA

Van and light commercial vehicle

Height, load and destination: confirm the van’s size before arranging transport.

Request roadside helpProfessional and equipment availability must be confirmed. Agree on the price with the professional.
The essentials

An empty van and the same van fully loaded need different preparations. Give the version, height and load type without understating the weight. The professional must confirm equipment capacity. Delivery access and someone available to receive the vehicle also matter.

Information to prepare

  • Provide the model, height and permitted gross weight if available.
  • Say whether it is loaded and what it carries.
  • Mention a box body, tail lift, roof rack or refrigeration.
  • Prepare the receiving address and responsible contact.

What to watch for

Special loads and hazardous goods must be declared before confirmation. Do not assume equipment intended for a passenger car can handle a loaded van.

LET’S MAKE IT CLEAR

Your questions. Clear answers.

What is Daba?

Daba is the Allo Dépannage platform for starting a roadside assistance request in Morocco. Describe the problem and where it happened.

How much does assistance cost?

Agree on the price with the professional. It depends on the problem, vehicle, access and any transport distance.

When will the professional arrive?

Availability and arrival time depend on professionals in your area, site access and required equipment. Confirm these when arranging assistance.

Do I need to know the destination garage?

Start by describing the breakdown and your location. If towing is needed, add the destination when you know it.

What if there is immediate danger?

Move to a safe place without exposing yourself to traffic and contact the relevant emergency services. On a concession motorway, contact ADM on 5050 and follow their instructions. Daba does not replace emergency services.
