Does Allo Dépannage do the work itself?
No. Allo Dépannage connects you: the request is made on Daba, then a partner professional accepts it, offers their terms and does the work.
Do I need to install an app?
No. Daba opens in your phone’s browser. A WhatsApp code verifies your number before the request is sent. iPhone and Android apps are coming soon; they will stay optional and keep your request history.
Do I need to know what caused the breakdown?
No. Describe what you notice; in Daba, “Not sure” is a possible choice. The professional assesses on site.
Do I need to know the destination garage?
No. Start by describing the breakdown and your location. If towing is needed, add the destination when you know it.
The price
How much does assistance cost?
Agree on the price with the professional. It depends on the problem, vehicle, access and any transport distance.
Availability
How long will I wait?
Availability and arrival time depend on professionals in your area, site access and required equipment. Confirm these when arranging assistance.
What if no professional is available?
Daba checks availability before sending. If nobody is available in your area for this service, it tells you: you can try again a few minutes later or message support on WhatsApp.
Safety and data
What if there is immediate danger?
Move to a safe place without exposing yourself to traffic and contact the relevant emergency services. On a concession motorway, contact ADM on 5050 and follow their instructions. Daba does not replace emergency services.
I am on the motorway: what should I do?
On a motorway operated by ADM, call 5050 and follow their instructions: only ADM-approved professionals work there.
Is my information shared?
Your number and precise position stay hidden from professionals until one of them accepts the request.
