A puncture cannot always be repaired where the car is parked. The damage location, tyre condition and availability of a compatible spare affect the solution. State which wheel is affected and whether the locking wheel nut key is available. The professional can confirm the required equipment before attending.

  • Say whether a spare wheel is available.
  • Locate the locking wheel nut key if safe to do so.
  • Flag a slope or traffic close to the vehicle.

When will the professional arrive?

Availability and arrival time depend on professionals in your area, site access and required equipment. Confirm these when arranging assistance.

Do I need to know the destination garage?

Start by describing the breakdown and your location. If towing is needed, add the destination when you know it.

What if there is immediate danger?

Move to a safe place without exposing yourself to traffic and contact the relevant emergency services. On a concession motorway, contact ADM on 5050 and follow their instructions. Daba does not replace emergency services.
