Service data and purposes
Depending on the service used, data may include your name, phone number, email, shared location, vehicle and breakdown information, and request history. These are used to handle assistance, connect the parties, support tracking and communicate with support. Location is used in connection with the request and the permissions you grant.
Recipients and retention
Necessary data is intended for Allo Dépannage teams, the professional handling the job to the extent required, and technical service providers. It may be shared with authorities where required by law. Allo Dépannage does not sell your data. Retention serves the service purposes and legal obligations; deletion requests are assessed with those obligations in mind.
Browsing and optional choices
Using the website may generate technical data such as browser, device and requested pages, needed for hosting operation and security. Optional audience-measurement tools, when offered, depend on the choice presented on the website. Declining optional measurement must not prevent access to Daba links. Browser permissions can also be managed in your browser settings.
Exercise rights and request deletion
For access, correction, objection or deletion requests, write to contact@allodepannage.ma and identify the relevant account.
