An SUV’s shape does not tell the professional whether it has two- or four-wheel drive. That detail, weight and any accessories affect transport choice. If it is off-road, describe the terrain: recovery from sand or mud needs a separate assessment from ordinary road towing.

Do I need to know the destination garage?

Start by describing the breakdown and your location. If towing is needed, add the destination when you know it.

What if there is immediate danger?

Move to a safe place without exposing yourself to traffic and contact the relevant emergency services. On a concession motorway, contact ADM on 5050 and follow their instructions. Daba does not replace emergency services.
