First establish your location and whether the surroundings are safe. A national road, a street and a motorway have different recovery arrangements. Outside the ADM motorway network, Daba lets you describe your need and location to request a professional, subject to availability.
A precise location makes a clearer request.
Between Malabata, Marshan, Beni Makada and Boukhalef, an address may not fully describe access. Distinguish the city from Tanger Med port when reporting your location; for a terminal or car park, give the entrance, level and any restrictions.
Include the street, neighbourhood, traffic direction and an accessible landmark. Mention height restrictions, ramps or narrow access.

Information to prepare
- Give the road name and direction of travel.
- Identify an exit, service station or marker without exposing yourself.
- Say whether the vehicle is obstructing a lane.

What to watch for
On an ADM motorway, call 5050 for authorised assistance. If anyone is injured or in immediate danger, contact emergency services before using Daba.
