Locate the vehicle and usable entrance

Give the car’s address, the riad or nearby business name and the most useful access gate. In a narrow street, a GPS position alone does not describe a route a recovery vehicle can use. Ask people responsible for the premises which entrances are used, without assuming a recovery truck can reach the car.

Describe constraints before the provider sets off

In Daba, mention bollards, steps, barriers, low clearances and any known restrictions. Say whether the wheels can turn and whether you have the key. The provider can assess on-site assistance or another recovery method. Do not force the car through a crowded passage in an attempt to save time.

Agree on a safe transfer point

If the vehicle needs to be transferred to an accessible street, the professional should determine a method that respects local constraints. Arrange a reachable contact and a destination able to accept the car. Availability depends on access and equipment. Confirm the steps and price before work starts rather than relying on a broad coverage promise.
