Plan the route and breaks
Choose your route around the day’s conditions, your vehicle and your level of tiredness. Check traffic information before leaving and identify suitable stopping places. Allow some flexibility instead of committing to a rigid arrival time. Terrain, traffic and weather can change the journey time and how easily assistance can reach you.
Check the car before loading it
Before a prolonged drive, review maintenance due dates and visible tyre condition rather than improvising major servicing at the last minute. Check tyre pressures against the load and vehicle recommendations. Distribute and secure luggage. Keep documents, water and your phone accessible without having to empty the boot at a stop.
Provide the correct direction of travel
If the car stops, explain whether you were heading towards Marrakech or Agadir and share a visible landmark without exposing yourself to traffic. On the ADM motorway network, report the incident through the operator’s official contact. For a Daba request outside that setting, add your vehicle type and intended destination if known.
