Identify the exact area
Explain whether the vehicle is in a car park, a pick-up area or an access road. Note the space number and entrance name where available. Do not send only “Menara Airport”: the provider needs to know which entrance to use. Stay in a permitted area and follow instructions from staff on site.
Clarify access permissions
Barriers or car-park staff may control access. Ask which arrangements apply to an assistance vehicle entering the area. For a rental car, contact the rental company first to approve the provider and destination. Have your parking ticket and relevant documents ready without posting them in a public space.
Describe recovery constraints
Open Daba and give the symptom, car model and parking constraints. A flat battery and locked wheels require different equipment. Confirm access with the provider before arrival and choose a destination that can receive the car. Arrange passenger travel to a flight or hotel separately if needed.
